Rafi is the hotel’s automated booking assistant. Your incoming question text and the hotel’s approved information may be processed by OpenAI to generate replies. WhatsApp/Meta deliver the messages. Authorized hotel staff may review conversations.

To stop Rafi’s automated replies, send stop or বন্ধ in the same WhatsApp conversation.

Chat data correction or deletion requests

For a chat data correction or deletion request, contact the hotel’s official number 01979155088. Specify the WhatsApp number concerned and what you want corrected or deleted. The hotel will review the request; necessary records or records subject to legal retention requirements may need to be kept. This request does not automatically delete copies held by Meta or other service providers.
